About This Project

This remodel with additions contains offices and a meeting hall in 30,000 square feet. Metal and stone elements are juxtaposed with the cubic forms of the building for a bold statement on a busy traffic circle.

The existing long-span interior beams and steel joists are generally exposed. The stone deployed at the exterior is also used at the interior fireplace along with rust-patina steel. Custom conference tables, benches and occasional tables combine steel, leather, walnut and stone.
